Below you will find some of the most common questions we get from new clients. Please take a moment to browse through these questions and answers and please do not hesitate to contact us if you are wondering about anything else.

Q: What's the minimum quantity I need to order to have something imprinted or embroidered?

A: Wearable items require a minimum of 12 pieces to embroider or screenprint; promotional items like magnets, koozies, pens, pencils, etc. vary anywhere from 50 -1000 pieces minimum.

Q: How quickly can I get something printed or embroidered?

A: Standard production time is 10-14 business days; however, if you're willing to pay rush shipping and production charges, we can produce your item more quickly.

Q: What does "digitize" mean and how does it apply to embroidery?

A: Depending on the complexity of the embroidered design, the digitizer recreates the design using a computer software program that allows the embroiderer to read the file and transpose the design to your garment. The cost of the embroidery is based upon the stitch count of the design.

Q: Why can't I just bring my own shirts and caps in to be embroidered?

A: You definitely can, however, "You Name It" prides itself on providing the best possible pricing for you, the customer. More often than not, when we order the items for you with embroidery, it ends up costing you less than if you bought the items at a department store.
